Harriet Macharia, a disciple in Nairboi, Kenya, has earned the second-highest score in Kenya in her recent accountancy exams.

Harriet, who was baptized in August 2000, is a student at Strathmore College, one of the most prestigious accountancy institutions in Kenya, and is also pursuing a degree in economics and sociology at Nairobi University.

Carol Mayende, a classmate of Harriet's at Strathmore, was recently baptized into Christ, convicted by both the Scriptures and by the exemplary lives of Harriet and the other campus sisters. 

Harriet is also a soprano who is active in the Nairobi church's choir and has illuminated many campus ministry services with rousing solo performances. Intelligent and intense, talented and tough, she stands out as a great example of conviction on campus.
