MOTHER'S DAY Thursday, May 01, 2003
Mother's Day is coming! In the United States and many other countries, Mother's Day is the second Sunday in May. In the UK, Mothering Sunday recently passed, as it falls on the fourth Sunday of Lent(the 40-day period preceding Easter).
UCD would like to publish your favorite memory or story about your mom or a special woman who has been like a mother to you. Please send your story (and a JPEG photograph, if you have it) to family@ucd.net. If possible, please keep your story to 500 or 600 words. We'll start posting them as soon as we receive them. Thanks and Happy Mother's Day!
